The hotel was great- friendly staff, clean, nice room. But everything was closed. They tout all these restaurants, but literally no food was available at 10pm. In a casino? Silly. The one 24 hour restaurant is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Dumb. We came there to spend money and Eldorado literally prevented it.

Excellent manager…he upgraded us for free when we expressed that we weren’t happy with our room..he was so accommodating…the staff are excellent there! Free wine tastings in the afternoons! Pool and hot tub were amazing…the bare and outdoor seating are connected so it is very relaxing you can stroll in and out ..open concept…Adirondack chairs with fireside seating all day… Free s’mores every night ! Awesome stay!

This modern structure situated along Liberty Street in Reno, Nevada was one of the first few buildings that immediately favoured my wandering eyes when I first visited Reno. It is designed by award winning architecture practitioner Will Bruder, based in Phoenix Arizona. His inspiration with this building in the form of sculptural art is referenced from the Black Rock Desert located in Northwestern Nevada and Northwestern Great Basin, where The National historic emigrant trails can be traced and the venue of the annual event called Burning man festival.
