House Rules:

-Upon 24 hours of booking, reservation holder must provide items below via guest check-in portal for community safety and verification purposes:
1. A picture of your ID.
2. A list of your overnight guests names.

-NO PARTY nor EVENT allowed, small family friends gathering is welcome.

-SMOKE FREE COMMUNITY! no smoking allowed indoor and outdoor.

- Check-in time: anytime after 3pm. We apologize that an early check-in request is not feasible due to our rigorous cleaning schedule and operational constraints.

- Check-out time: 11 am. Unauthorized late check-out: $100 unauthorized late checkout fee applied for late check-out.

-The reservation holder must have a clear profile picture.

-THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS will be canceled immediately with no refund.

-NO EXTRA OVERNIGHT GUESTS without prior approval.

-NO PETS allowed unless agreement is in place.

-NO candle, nor fire of any kind.

-Please respect our neighbors, QUIET HOURS 10PM-7AM.

-$150 replacement fee for lost garage remote key.

-Only use blue beach towels when going to the pool.

- NO Mail Box access. Packages will be delivered to the unit front door.

-LONG TERM STAYS (28+ days) are subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60 every 2-3 weeks to ensure the comfort of your stay. This will be collected via the booking platform as additional services.

- Cancelation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

-NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, etc.). We are not responsible for property amenities being closed or serviced during your stay, such of pool maintenance, etc.

-Any issues regarding the property must be addressed directly to Freedom Sojourn immediately. Permission will be automatically granted for the host and/or hosting team or any assistants to enter the property to attempt to remedy any issue. Any denied permission of entry automatically forfeits your request for a refund to the host or Airbnb, and/or the space is determined suitable for the entire stay.

-NO REFUNDS FOR THIRD PARTY AMENITIES: We are not responsible for third party amenity interruptions such as electricity, cell phone signal, water or internet (for example, weather, downed power lines, no cell service, etc..).

-Reservation holder is responsible for any MISSING or DAMAGED item(s) at the replacement cost of the item(s). An inventory check is perform before guest check in and out.

-Please kindly notify us right away if something got broken, so the host can work on replacement asap.

-Pest control is done periodically; we are not responsible for any insect’s activity found inside the home.

-Booking this property and checking into our home, constitutes agreement to all of our house rules. You and your guests agree that you are not entitled to, nor will you see compensation of any type, including partial or complete refunds for any such disclosures as listed above.
