「I'll share my experience from Oct 12 to Oct 17. First day, I checked in around 9am. It was too early but they kindly let me check in & gave me a room & I went to the room 420. My situation at that time was after over 20hours flight so I went to a restroom & opened an urinal. I literally got shocked because of witnessing a disastrous no2 sight. It was absolutely traumatic experience I never forget for the rest of my life. Then gave me another room 410 (no upgrade). As for the damage...

「I liked everything about the hotel until when I was at checkout they asked me to pay for my kids breakfast which was included in the reservation. The explanation made absolute no sense.」

「Amazing stay, beautiful property! Even with the construction currently underway my stay was absolutely amazing!」

「Clean rooms with fresh beddings」

「It was clean and comfortable. Sadly with delayed flights we arrived late which they accommodated for and had to leave early the next morning. Only regret was we didn’t get more time at the accomodation.」

「The hotel was in a convenient location and staff were incredible.」

「The stay was great and refreshing.」

「Perfect place to stay if you need to spend an overnight in Jo’burg. Amazing massage too.」

「It would be even better if there were a bottle of mineral water in the room. The breakfast is very good. However, considering the price, I was a bit concerned that there were no eggs.」
