"The staff are wonderful! Love the spa had a great Vietnamese massage there with Bon! The breakfast is great tons of option to choose! The room is very clean, though is very small for us. Shot out to Ryan at the lobby and Quan( butter), pretty helpful, nice and kind!"

"Positive: New rooms, clean and cozy, even though is pretty small, but for a few nights it is enough space for a couple. Staff very sweet and willing to help and make your experience good. Perfect location, exactly in the city center, close to everything. Negative points: Breakfast very poor, I wouldnt recommend to book it, and if it is already included, dont even bother to go, much better eating outside. Do not book any tours and rides with the hotel, very over priced and we had a bad experience with the food tour, which they charged per person 38$ and in the end we had a bad guide which just brought us to restaurants and order food, and in the end the price of everything was max. 15$ each, not even close to 38$. Transfer to the airport also 3x more than ordering a normal Grab. Besides that, the hotel itself is good for people who are looking to be central."

"Staff were exceptional here. Everyone was incredibly helpful however Laura in particular was so attentive and thoughtful. She checked in on us daily and was always prepared with recommendations during our stay. Room and amenities were great too - highly recommend Meritel Hanoi. We will definitely be back :)"
