"Clean room, Staff was helpful, Airport shuttle was convenient."

"Airport shuttle was convenient and staff was helpful to address my needs."

"I couldn't get the aitport bus on when I arrive. "

"The place is well maintained, accommodation comfortable and spacious. One would need at least 2 nights here to enjoy the beauty and serenity of this place. The Chinese restaurant on the 3rd floor is good. Quality is there. However, the same cannot be said of Flavours, the Western restaurant. Service levels and standards need to be upgraded though. All in, a good relaxing holiday here."

"Friendly staff, clean room, convenient airport shuttle bus, nice breakfast."

"Nice luxury and roomy standards, and shared gym with pullman next building. Very friendly and efficient front desk staff. Convenient with shuttle bus to terminal."

"The staff was very very helpful, they let us check in early without extra fee. Thank you for having us holiday Inn"

"Good hotel"

"All staff members were super friendly, no matter their position – from front desk to housekeeping, everyone made us feel welcome and safe. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the hotel's own garden provided fresh air and a peaceful vibe. Even though it was fully booked during my stay, I never felt crowded. My kids could safely run around from our room to the playground without any worries, and they absolutely loved feeding the hotel's alpacas and rabbits – they wanted to interact with them...
