「We had an amazing experience at the Boathouse. The water views are unsurpassed and we even saw bald eagles circling above the bay. Everything is so wonderfully comfortable and furnished so well that it was hard to leave. You can take wonderful walks in the quiet and beautiful neighborhood or along the beach. 「Don’t be fooled, this is not a “suite”, it is a tiny room with a bathroom. The property is a large “home” with multiple different rooms and paper thin walls, so if you’re lucky like us you might get another guest who likes to slam the fridge door, microwave, or their shower door at 2am. Also note that the kitchen is a shared kitchen, which has limited mentions in the description, so this is not exactly a private stay. 「宿泊施設がある環境は、とても良く、施設そのものもとても綺麗で使いやすい施設です。ただ、チェックインの際に、事前にパスポートの認証が必要なことや、depositで $200が必要なことなどが、事前に説明がなかったので、チェックインの際に、とても困惑しました。現地のアメリカ人の方も同じように困っている方もいたので、外国人の私たちにとっては、さらに手続きのハードルが高いと思います。その辺りは、もう少し改善の必要があると思います。」
