「プエルトデルロザリオのバスターミナルから歩きました。ホテルのある通りの名前を言えば地元の人はすぐわかるようで、行き方を教えてもらえたので迷わずにたどり着けました。 レセプションの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切でチェックインもスムーズでした。 部屋は冷蔵庫、扇風機、湯沸かしポット、アメニティは石鹸、シャンプー、歯ブラシ、くし、等があります。 ありがたかったのは無料のミネラルウォーター2本です。 フエルトベントゥーラは水道水を沸かしても何か癖があり、飲用向けではないので、このサービスは本当に助かります。 床の掃除はあまり丁寧ではないのでスリッパはあった方がいいです。 シャワーカーテンが短めなのでバスルームの床が濡れてしまう等、多少の欠点はありますが、Wi-Fiも良好で全体的に悪くはないです。 」

「We stayed for 4 days and generally enjoyed it. The location is great, easy to get to and travel from, and the staff are very responsive. There’s a lot to do activities-wise during the day, but all activities finish about 1am latest, although that may change in summer. The food was fine- not incredible but more than fine for just four days, there was enough variety. Overall, a very enjoyable experience 」

「It was a nice stay. The beds were comfortable, however there are bugs everywhere in the room. The food was surprisingly ok, although at times hard and cold. We weren’t given the warmest welcome and then were placed and the other end of the hotel; furthest possible point. It was quite evident as to why. Would I return? No.Many Thanks for your services 」

「What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. 「Mattresses were worn right down (compacted down to the springs). Futon used as a sofa was SO uncomfortable. Like sitting on marble. Inadequate kitchen items. Please try giving guests a heads-up as to when housekeeping staff will come in!! Desk staff, bar staff, maintenance staff were fabulous!!」

Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte...

「Spacious room that was cleaned daily. Staff were lovely and food was a good standard for an all inclusive hotel (We did half board). Our little one enjoyed the Kids club & the disco every evening and the hotel entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again. 」
