「チェックインの時間より早く着いたのですが、スタッフさんがとても優しく共有スペースのソファーで休んでいてもいいよと促してくれました。共有キッチンでお茶やコーヒーを飲めることを教えてくれたり、こちらが何も言わなくてもWi-Fiパスワードを渡してくれたりと、至れり尽くせりで、おかげさまでチェックインの時間までゆっくりくつろいで待つことができました。 部屋はダブルのバス付きをシングルユースで選びました。 コンパクトなお部屋ですが、3階だったので眺めのいい共有バルコニーがあって居心地が良かったです。クローゼットにハンガーがたくさんあったので洗濯ものを干す時助かりました。 小さな宿ですが、スタッフさんは皆優しくて感じが良く、特に女性スタッフさんは私の名前をすぐに覚えてくれて呼んで下さったことが嬉しかったです。 アットホームで気楽な宿なのでエレベーターがないとか、防音とか細かいことが気になる人にはおすすめしません。 私にとっては、立地も値段も雰囲気も良く楽しい滞在でした。」

「Location of apartments is very good, near to strip, bars , restaurants and beach. Nice pool bar. Apartments are clean and well cared for, some refurbishing taking place . Have stayed many times and will return again. 」

Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again. 」

「This place is immaculate, the staff are amazing and this year the food was best it's every been. They've put new tiles around the adult pool which is nice. Ive been here 6 times so I'm picking up on wee silly things, like a few broken tiles on the main walkway, drinks menu could do with a shake up and management could maybe walking the pool areas more often.」
