「I had originally mistakenly booked a twin room and before the holiday, I emailed the hotel to request a change to a double bed room. Upon arrival, during check in, we were “upgraded” to a fantastic, ground floor apartment facing the sea. Great shower, kitchen and the bed could have fitted 4 people! Being on the forefront of the headland, we did feel the wind more but on the days when the sun came out, it was all worth it. Pool bar staff were great and the food very reasonable priced. Good job!」

Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. 「チェックインの時間より早く着きましたが、準備のできている部屋にすぐに通してくれました。疲れていたので本当にありがたかったです。レセプションの女性はてきぱきと必要なことを教えてくれて、地図やレストランの割引券を渡してくれました。 部屋はアパートメントタイプでリビングダイニングとベッドルームがわかれていてバスルームが2つもある広々とした造りでとても居心地が良かったです。 床やテーブルの掃除はやや雑でしたが、まあ許容範囲です(笑) 裸足で歩きたい人はスリッパ持参をおすすめします。 チェックアウトの日は雨が降っていたので雨避けに黒いゴミ袋をレセプションでお願いしたら快く大きな袋を出してくれました。 とても感じのいい女性で明るく送り出して下さったので、雨でも気持ち良くチェックアウトすることができました。 立地も港やバス停留所に近いので、おすすめです。」

「Booking of 2 rooms, one ground floor one upper floor. In laws (in their 60’s and 70’s) took the ground floor for ease / mobility. Stay was fine until last day when upon checking out, the hotel tried to charge my in-laws for damage in the room. When we moved in we noticed there was damage but it was cosmetic ie minor holes in doors, cracks in walls etc quite typical of Spanish apartments so foolishly we never raised it with management. Apparently every room is turned around and fully repaired...
