"Aging property that is far from the airport. (1 & 1/2 hours in 135 euro taxi ride) Staff were mostly nice and helpful. The food is fine but repetitive- same thing over and over. Easy walk down the hill to the beach and a grocery store. Massages and facials at the on site independent spa were wonderful. "

"The cleaners did a good job. The waiting on staff were generally terrible (complaint had to be put in for one of them) and the entertainment was very poor. Add in the fact a very dated and sexist policy that meant to enjoy an evening meal at the hotel all men had to wear trousers and you can see why the low stars for the review. "

"We have visited this hotel a few times. It is centrally located with great access to the main strip and buses to connect with other parts of the island. We have hired cars on some occasions but parking can be a bit of an issue - especially on market day when part of the main carpark is taken over by the market. There is a lovely, wide, white sandy beach just across the road and it is possible to walk to the ‘old town’ either along the beach itself or via the coastal footpath which overlooks the beach. We usually like to stay on the 6th floor but the lower rooms had been totally refurbished on our most recent visit - so we opted for the refurbished apartment and lost the sea view (we were quite happy with our choice but the room was a little noisy as it faced a night club in the shopping centre opposite). Also the pool area and sunbathing areas were much improved and extremely comfy this visit - our only complaint is the inconsistency with the pool heat - great when the heating was on but it was often left unheated for long periods during our stay - there was just no consistency. The staff are all welcoming and efficient, helpful & friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you all - we hope to return soon."

"We had a wonderful stay in this apartment for 2 weeks. For us the location is perfect with the apartment itself being very peaceful and quiet, but access to shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. There was everything that we needed at the apartment and the balcony and plunge pool make for a lovely tranquil hideaway with fantastic views if you’ve had enough of the beaches. All communication before our holiday was great and access on the day was easy with Enrique greeting us personally and providing all the information that we needed for our stay. Highly recommend "
