"Lovely 2 bed apartment, second time staying in here and 3rd time staying on the complex all you for a great stay. Situated near the end of the strip so quiet enough for staying but close enough to all the restaurants and shops and just across the road from the beach. There are quite a few steps to the apartment so not recommend if have mobility issues otherwise it’s brilliant and have great sea views from balcony. Dean (property manager) is great and local and only quick message/call away...

"First time staying at an apartment in Lanzarote compared to staying in hotels normally this was better than a hotel 100%, the location was very good near all the shops within a 5 minute walking distance and also near the beach which was also good, the pool at the complex was very good as well, the inside of the apartment was lovely and felt you were at home away from home it was so clean and no more you could ask for.i would definitely recommend this place if your looking for a quite place cause...

"Great modern apartment in a lovely quiet complex. Close to all Puerto del Carmen has to offer. We loved to chill on the balcony in the evening sun! Would just say though that it not the right complex if you have any mobility issues…. Approximately 100 steps from the promenade up to the apartment so we got plenty of daily exercise!! "This upstairs apartment is on a quiet and friendly complex. It’s in a great position for walking into the main strip of Puerta del carmen with its bars and restaurants. In the opposite direction you can take a leisurely stroll to Matagorda which takes about 20 minutes. Straight in front of the complex is the beach. Had an issue with the internet connection not working for the first week but management came out within a couple of days to try to remedy it. Unfortunately it was beyond their control and not the equipment in the apartment but a provider issue. The bus stops were again only a short distance from the apartment. The balcony overlooking the pool with a sea view had sun pretty much all day and was very spacious with 2 sun beds provided. "The weather was lovely averaging on 22 degrees everyday (30th Dec to 5th Jan 2024). The apartment was lovely and very clean. We had a lovely sea view. The grounds are kept nice and clean. The beach is about an 8 minute walk away. The only negative I have is that our room wasn’t ready from 2pm like stated. I would definitely return for another stay! Great value for money. "
