"After i got into the room i tried the TV. Im hearing impaired and always watch TV with the captioning on. I went to the desk and asked the girl if she could help me. We left immediately and she tried too. No luck. She quickly checked other rooms and changed my room. Im appreciated thst."

"Only recommendation is to spend up for the Diplomat rooms with 315 being the absolute bomb!"

"I stayed in the Palm Cottage. I was told that the particular cottage I was given was the most requested, and I now I know why. The view was absolutely incredible. Though it was surrounded by other cottages, it felt like I was in a space all by myself. It was so quiet and peaceful, though it was during the off-season, there were still lots of people there, but they were not making much noise. The cottage was so cute and comfy, clean and welcoming. The staff were so friendly and provided information about the cottages and surrounding areas on the island. I will definitely be going back 😊."
