Plenty bars and restaurants within walking distance feom the hotel. Piazza Maggiore only a 15min walk from the hotel. Train station less than 5min walk. Stayed with family including a 9YO. Always got the feeling that the owner sincerely cares about the customer and that the importance of the almighty $ is down the list. Amenties like a bathrobe, beach towel, quality toiletries, mini bar... that you would only expect at a much more expensive hotel, are provided, along with a very good buffet breakfast."
