「All of the above. Really was impressed by the friendly welcoming staff & the ease of staying in a clean & comfortable place. The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall. The overall hotel was a true sanctuary away from the chaos that is fairly constant in Pattaya City. Lisa」

「It was great place to stay giving the area being close to most things. However there was a lot of commotion from people outside. The AC can only be used in the summer months which led to the room being warm. It was quiet overall and host was very responsive when we had questions 」

「The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. In addition, a person experiencing homelessness had set up camp beside the garage entrance, which made each trip to and from the car...
