「the expansive ocean + wine glasses photo is highly misleading. any view of the ocean is peek a boo, and most of the property stares at a street and hedge that obstructs view of water. property: furniture, carpet, interior and amenities are old outdated and tired. on an 80+ degree day the air conditioning failed and they required us to keep it turned off. so hot impossible to sleep, and when approached about it the front desk worker said that they might be able to deduct 10%. totally over priced...

「The Boathouse is cute and cozy, with easy beach access. Communication and check-in was smooth and Susan was a great host.」

「Simple check in and out, nice clean rooms for reasonable price. No useful public transportation around there, but it seems that they will have a new train station nearby in the near future? So nice to visitors.」

「The property worked well for our needs. We wanted to be in the Maple Leaf district and this location was perfect. Parking and access was easy to navigate. Much of the property has been updated with the exception of the bathroom and a few doors but we were comfortable.」
