Boutique by the sea

This bright and airy 2 double bedroom designer flat is an ideal place to spend your holiday in peace and quiet.
It's very bright and airy due to the open plan kitchen/living room area and high ceilings. Also, there's a bathroom with shower and washmachine, and it's equipped with Wi-Fi connection and Air Conditioning.
The house is located in the pedestrian area and just 2 min walk from the main beach, therefore no steps either!!
The space
Flat has been refurbished to very high standards and has every comfort one could need.
This cozy flat is in the pedestrian area close to the Piazzetta del Saracino and near the Church of Santa Maria Assunta which dominates the main beach
"Spiaggia Grande". So you can also get to the pier just 2 min walking and take ferries to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi.
The small and quiet "Fornillo" beach is roughly 10 min walking from the largest one and is dominated by the famous "Torre di Clavel"
All services you need are nearby: many restaurants, bars, boutiques, drugstores, grocery stores, hairdresser shop, newsstand, bus stops, car parks (but these one are quite expensive and honestly, l don't recommend renting a car to get to Positano!)

Due to the coronavirus, we are implementing further steps for greater cleaning and sanitation of the surfaces that are touched more frequently between a booking and another.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole flat and outside corridor space where the clothes line is located, which is shared with another owner who has an allotment behind the property. No pots or rubbish is therefore allowed to be left in the corridor.
Other things to note
Our local authority imposed a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day from April 1st 2018 for all adults and children over 10 years old. The payment will be taken in cash upon check in
