"Due to the hotel's circumstances, the accommodation place was changed the day before to the neighbouring SAVOIA Hotel. The changed hotel was next door and comfortable. As a result there were no problems for me. However, it was my first experience of a one-sided change of the hotel I had booked, which surprised me. The information email that came the day before said something like you are lucky with the upgrade, but the most important thing for us is that it is close to the station. "駅近で便利。ごく一般的で悪くないホテルです。朝食は6:30から。ジェノバのもう一つの駅のPrincipe周辺と比べて治安は良さそうです。枕元にコンセントが無いのが少し不便でした。"

"今ヨーロッパに旅行に行く日本人が少ない。そんな中、イタリア人とコミュニケーションを取るのが難しかった。英語を話せないイタリア人も多く、iPhoneの翻訳頼み。しかし、日本には無い　石造りの宮殿のような内装。気になる臭いや、古臭さも無く、快適に探した。ただ照明がグラグラしたり、セイフティボックスが壊れていたりしたが、それ以上にインテリアが素晴らしかった。"
