One bed-room Sea View - 2/3 beds
Bright two-room apartment composed of a living room with sofa bed and separate kitchen, bedroom with two joinable single beds (* the photos where the sofa bed is present are to be updated) and small terrace overlooking the dock, bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine. Air conditioning.
Location information:
- in the center; splendid sea view on the Portoferraio dock
- from about mid-June to mid-September the area becomes pedestrian
Important Notes:
- minimum age to check-in is 21 (for group of guys, family welcome)
- check-in in our offices from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- Animals are not allowed
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Portoferraio. Travelers on foot are asked to inform our staff so that we can organize an easier key collection.
