「L'emplacement est idéal par rapport aux commerces, restaurants mais également pour l'ensemble de l'ile et la proximité avec FunchalL'hote est à l'ecoute et disponible. Petit bémol pour les ascenseurs en panne, ce qui fait 5 étages à monter à pieds. Mais la place de parking est un plus et l'appartement est parfait.」

「Very nice new unit, air conditioning works very well, roomy, well-stocked kitchen, and a lovely private patio with sun loungers and a million dollar view of funchal and the ocean far below. Has a washer and dryer that do not dry to north american standards, you have to leave clothes out on the patio, but that is like every place we have rented in Portugal so far. A high end dining road with numerous restaurants including a Michelin two star, but also with more reasonable options, is a block away...

「Looks exactly as photographed. Very spacious, clean with everything you need. Beds were comfortable and coffee was a nice touch. Loved the balcony and the ocean view. Local cafe/bar was in walking distance with authentic food. Walk to the ocean promenade was great but be prepared to walk back up the steep hill 」

「Had a great stay here, it's in a fantastic central location in a quiet street. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with lovely balcony areas too. Good communication throughout and I would highly recommend! 」

「The apartment was in a perfect location, well equipped and decorated beautifully. I’ve stayed in a few different air bnb’s and this is by far my favourite. The only feed back is that we felt the floor was quite dirty as our feet would be extremely dirty after walking around. Overall i’d recommend this apartment to everyone and we’ve decided that we will use it when we come back to Madeira.」

「The Apartment is in an excellent location and the company who manage it are both helpful and professional. The Apartment was excellent value and was clean and inviting. It is basic in terms of comfort and the balcony is small. We had a wonderful holiday in Madeira. Without a car location is very important in Funchal as it is a city which is in a valley and therefore difficult to walk. 」
