"Stay here if you can't find any other place to stay. The place was run down. The staff was helpful but overworked. Their key card system was broken, so they could not give us room keys! The only staff member on duty let us into our room with a master key and we had to either take turns leaving so someone would be around to let us in or go to the front office to be let back in. I would classify this hotel as a last resort place to stay."

"Overall the location of this property was excellent for exploring the city. The room was well maintained. My only complaints are: I didn’t get the extra towels I requested for my room. No biggie, there was quite a few people staying there so I’m sure they just didn’t have any spare. My other issue, while waiting in the lobby for the elevator with my daughter and husband, a staff member came out of the elevator and apparently I was blocking the staff door. Instead of saying excuse me she just yelled at me to “Move!” In a rude manner. Otherwise I had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend Homewood suites to anyone who wants a good place to stay!"
