"The parking was very bad 70 per night and a reduced 50 if you walk a quarter mile to a garage. The location is amazing views are great, We chose one of the more expensive falls view rooms that is a must the location to the cliffton hill street and activities is awesome. The staff was not real help full. I stayed on the 22nd floor and was in room 2270 that horse shoe falls was blocked from my view since the roof was in the way. They would not move us that was disappointing."

"We rented 2 rooms and the staff was fantastic accommodating us to have them adjoining. Only issue was 1 rooms temperature wouldn’t go down and the other rooms hairdryer didn’t work. Other than that great for families"

"Amazing hotel with a great view of the falls. There is no attached parking and you must pay $70 per night valet or walk 10m to get your car. Picking up and dropping off luggage was a pain."
