Of these rooms, one is a double room with a private bathroom, while the other three are double rooms, one of which also has a private bathroom, which guarantees comfort and privacy for all guests.The private bathrooms in the master bedroom and in one of the twin rooms offer total privacy and comfort. An additional bathroom with a modern Italian shower is available for other guests.The design of the villa is rustic with wooden beam ceilings, which gives it a traditional and warm touch. Just outside the property, there is a road that leads directly to the old town of Pollensa, which can be reached in just 15 minutes by car. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
