「Excellent location and very nice hotel! Breakfast superbly prepared for each guest, instead of a buffet. Amazing rooftop views and you even see snow capped mountains nearby. Only drawback is parking and scented hallways and carpets. Yet, valet parking was free. Heated pool and sauna are a luxurious touch. Staff is very accommodating, cheerful and always happy to help! 「This was a wonderful hotel. We were on the 5th floor and enjoyed a spacious balcony and great ocean views. The room was spacious and well appointed. The shower had a drenching rain shower head and great water pressure. Nice coffee/tea offerings and refridge including a few bottles of water, juice, and wine. 「Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. 「Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...
