「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」

「The lady on reception was extremely accommodating and friendly. The bar and restaurant is quaint. The only criticism we have is at the bar manager and the mixologist. 「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage. The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners. 「Beautiful village setting and close to everything. A few minor things that could be improved, the bed was so hard that it was hard to sleep and the noise in the hall from doors slamming from the automatic door closers and then load beeping when the doors didn’t quite close. So the food was good and the staff were fine but a lot of noise when you’re in the room.」

「Room exactly how advertised, bathroom was immaculate and overall room was great. Perfect location. Nice vintage feel but is clearly very well kept. The front door and room having electronic keypad with codes was very handy meaning no need to check in and easy access in and out. More than enough space for the two of us. 「The room was very nice with continental breakfast for one day trip. The only issue was parking in the street for only 2hrs until 6pm. This would have been a bigger issue if we were there longer.」

「The staff were very polite nd friendly. The room was very spacious with a large comfortable bed. There was a kettle with loads of tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. There was a shower in the bathroom . With very large towels which smelled lovely . Lots of shampoo, shower gel snd body lotion supplied. I will definitely be going back 」

「My review James BREEN itwas quite welcoming the staff were interacting and giving the children fruit and just being friendly. The rooms were quite nice and clean didn’t didn’t even see a bit of dusk, and the other rooms near us were quite as a mouse. "My roommates were too quiet and I tried not to make a sound. I was so embarrassed that I had to go to the bathroom on the basement floor because the sound of defecation echoed in the room.( ^ω^ )"
