Cozy New Deluxe Condo with 4 star amenities, just 3 blocks from the 5th avenue and few steps to the groceries, restaurants, mall and the night life of Playa. The apartment is located in the ANAH Downtown building, in the center of Playa.

The condo is located right at the heart of Playa del Carmen.

The location of the building is unbeatable, just 2 blocks walking from the fifth avenue, Quinta Joy shopping mall, 4 blocks from Coco Bongo and 12th street, one block from the bus station and MEGA supermarket.

The apartment is modern, clean, bright and comfortable. Perfect for longer stays for one person or a couple.

There is a spacious king sized bedroom a large modern bathroom; comfortable living room also with a TV; fully equipped kitchen with 6 person dining table, 4 burner stove top, full oven and microwave and a Secondary Bedroom with 2 Individuals .

The rooftop balcony provides wonderful views over the whole of Playa del Carmen. A great place for breakfast or evening drinks. As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

While staying in this beautiful apartment, you'll be able to use all the facilities including an amazing rooftop swimming pool overlooking the beautiful city and a bit of the Caribbean! Fitness center and kids playroom are included at no additional cost. The complex also features a relaxing spa and jacuzzi where you can pamper yourself like royalty!

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

● You may be asked to wear a brazalete during your stay, please follow the complex rules as provided by the front desk.

● Unit available for renters interested in longer stays.

** Please note that any refunds issued for any reason shall be minus the credit card or payment processing fees, since we are not able to recoup this amount from our end! **

We really loved it!

Communication + Check in were very easy, even available by whatsapp during our stay. Apartment was very clean and well equipped, AC + TV in every room. Very comfortable. Great location (just 3 min of walking to Quinta avenida yet very calm, Walmart + Soriana supermarket really close, free (mini) gym + parking, nice pool. We absolutely recommend!!
