「Good」

「Staff was an older gentleman that checked me and he was nice but I never saw any staff after that. Breakfast there was not much to choose from which is fine but there was no milk for the cereal. I chose a non-smoking room and it smelled like an ashtray. Bath towels were stained and had a small amount of hair embedded in them. I would not recommend staying here.」

「Excellent location, it’s right beside a major shopping center. Very little traffic near the hotel. Good food at the restaurant there.」

「Clean room, very professional staff, and a clean breakfast area with hot, good food.」

「The beds were great as usual. The breakfast was mediocre as everything was either over cooked or extremely undercooked.」

「I was flying into Birmingham airport and going to stay here since I was still a few hours from home. I booked the room two months in advance. My original landing time was 6pm. My flight got delayed and I immediately called the hotel and talked with a lady at the front desk. I told her that my flight was delayed and I would be a late arrival, please don’t give my room away. 「Comfortable stay and great staff.」

「チェックインの対応も良く、部屋もきれいに清掃されていた。翌朝の出発時間が早朝だったため、デポジット（現金）の返金に手間取った！」

「Lost all power to receptacles lamps in the bedroom and lamps in the living room and all I was told we turned in a work order. I thought that was pretty sorry.」

「Refrigerator was really old and scratched up and rusted and would freeze anything in it. Microwave was so old I would be afraid to use it. If you opened the fridge both it and the microwave would almost fall over. No hand soaps at the sink that was outside of the bathroom. Was given a bottle of body wash when I asked for it. Air unit did not work right and the buttons were broken so you couldn’t adjust. Pillows were small square couch pillow size that had the pillowcase wrapped around twice....

「Not enough parking and a lot of remodeling」

「It's very close to the barber motorsports complex less than 3 miles my destination the people are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate. Parking is plenty and simple and safe. Our rooms were very clean. All the other amenities for very useful I enjoyed my visit. It is my second time there I won't be back as I plan on going to the race in April.」
