"An enjoyable stay at Hive family house, communication was excellent on check in day as we were arriving later than expected, so we had the code to enter the property, check in staff was very pleasant, room was good, comfy bed and good shower, location of hotel is convenient for public transport and there are plenty of supermarkets and dining options in the area. "Ebookers website had wrong information about logging in. We had to call both Ebookers and the hotel twice to get the codes. The room air was bad and ventilation had to be done through the window. Cleaning was for a fee, but the apartment did not have tools for self-cleaning. The equipment was bad anyway. We found a bed bug on the floor. The contact stated that it had come from an open window."
