Had a lovely stay. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast had a wide variety of options. Prosecco and mini bar were a nice touch. Central location, within walking distance of the Jewish quarter and old town and very handy for the train.

Opposite train station so excellent for travel. 8-10 mins walk to main square. Staff very helpful and very pleasant. We were on B&B and food variety was plentiful. Rooms very spacious and clean, only negative was maid didn’t come to clean room until after 4 on day 3&4 and that was when we were back in room. Hot tub was fantastic and a lovely end to the night every day of the stay. Would definitely stay at hotel again if we visit Krakow.

Dårlig morgen mad, meget larm både fra gaden og fra andre værelser larmen var vild kom også fra vores AC. Det var en god jacuzzi på taget og god rengøring kunne være dejligere hvis rengøringen kom tidligere på dagen

Nice hotel, some minor wear and tear but overall a lovely room and the breakfast was great and it was giid having the jacuzzi on the roof. It was a bit of a walk to the square but that didn't bother us. The negatives were the noise. It is on a busy road and we could hear the trams late into the night and then early onnthe morning. The blinds let the light in in the morning. There are broken floor tiles on the roof.

We booked to stay here because of the location, only a 2 min walk from the train station and approx 10 mins walk to the main square. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every area. The rooms are clean, spacious and modern. The TV has Chromecast which makes it easy to stream content from your phone or tablet which is something that so many hotels lack but enhances a stay for very little extra cost. There is a mini fridge that contains water and soft drinks that are free and is restocked daily. Breakfast is a mix of a buffet and cooked to order, all of which is a high standard. There is a sauna and hot tub available for no extra cost but we did not use these. In summary... Clean, modern, fantastic location. Would absolutely stay here again

We was luckily enough to stay in suite 51 with our own private jacuzzi . It has 2 bedrooms and a living , each bedroom has its own on suite . In addition from the living room there is another bathroom which is actually larger with a rain shower . Room was a bit tired , lots of bangs /knocks etc . There are are few loose wobble tiles outside near the jacuzzi , and the outside just needs a good clean . The breakfast had lots of meats/cheeses /cereal . Then there’s a hot menu which you can order from . The crepes are really good . Location is right next to the train station, litterly . You can definitely hear the trains as they run straight passed, so not great if you are a light sleeper . Didn’t bothered me , seemed to start around 05:00. And the free water /soft drinks /sparkling wine was much appreciated. Would I return , definitely of the occasion aroused .

Clean room, added extras of the free drinks which were re filled every day and the complimentary prosecco. Lovely modern hotel and being able to have that chill out time in the sauna and jacuzzi was an extra bonus would definitely stay again.

Staff were welcoming and very attentive, personally we didn’t use the restaurant but we were provided with lunch to take with us on our excursions. The sauna and hot tub facilities were a lovely bonus, the mini bar in our rooms were always full, alongside our room cleaned daily.

Fabulous hotel in great location. Rooms were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was great too. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Beata on reception. Plenty of variety plus hot food that can be freshly prepared. Hot tub on the roof was a bonus to rest your achy joints after a day's walking. Would definitely recommend.
