アンセム ホテル

「Amplia habitación y buen desayuno. La recepcionista nos dio muy atencion.」

「新築ホテルで快適に過ごせました」

「Ok」

「We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - the rooms were super new and clean with a very comfy bed. The swimming pool and pool side service from Nicole was fantastic and the breakfast from Helen was very tasty and worth the add-on. Highly recommend.」

「The room was spacious. The ac was good. The Wifi was too difficult to access. The light and fan under the microwave did not work.」

「Everything on property is great.」

「Room was quite a downgrade from what we stayed in last year. Bed looked like it was a mattress on a rollout. Very low to ground. Bathroom sink was stopped up. Very little coffee in room. Checked in with only three washcloths. Had to do laundry to get clean ones because they had a shortage. Otherwise a beautiful property and location.」

「Great staffs!」

「I had an incredibly terrible experience in this hotel. When I asked the receptionist of the hotel whether or not I can have toothpaste, by talking to her, saying "Excuse me," with a calm voice in a polite tone, she was a little startle by being talked to. Surprisingly, she yelled to me, "You scared me!" with a quite angry and unpleasant face and gesture. I was in fact surprised that she got angry, since what I said is just "Excuse me" quietly and politely. So, I said, "YOU scared me." Then, she...

「Nothing against the management or the cleanliness of the place. But you literally felt like the people above you were in your room. Constant stomping. Could not sleep a week.」

「Location and price were good. Bed was like a boulder, hospitality seemed an inconvenience to receptionist. Overall, I wouldn't go back, even at the price. Go 3 exits up to newer properties off happy valley.」

「Breakfast was good. Should have Expresó machine.」
