「Excellent property close to all the main highlights on Philip Island. Will definitely stay here again!」

「Despite the making of a beautiful house the cleanliness and need of maintenance left me feeling very disappointed. This was meant to be a family get away to relax but sadly the following prevented this:The online photos failed to show significant cracks in the dining area.The outside decking is dated and in need of replacing, panels are loose and screws were found scattered across the floor.The back gate did not close and was constantly opening in the wind.The hot tub took an age to heat up, and...

「A great house with a lovely view of the water from the balcony. The house is well equipped and the pool table and dart board was an added treat. The games room and second queen bed are accessible only from the outdoor stairs so it will split your group up somewhat, but it was no problem for us. Thanks for a lovely stay.」

「The location was excellent, although the photos gave the impression it was right on the beach, rather than nearby. Nicely equipped. Could have done with some wifi but not critical. Games room was good. Nice place. Had a great weekend」

「We had a lovely weekend staying at your property, enjoyed the firepit on the cool evenings. The beds were comfortableand there was enough space and plenty of toys and games to entertain the children. They did have fun with the karaoke machine. The location suited us well as you can easily walk down to the beach in 5-10 minutes and it is close to the cafes and restaurants.」

「Great location, the house had lots of space, however, upon arrival we noticed the glassware was sticky from possible previous stayers and the cutlery was dirty.Additionally, the shower drain was clogged. Thankfully there was a plunger in the laundry, but in order to shower we had to continuously ’plunge’ whilst showering to stop the overflow. Other than that, the accommodation met all our needs. 」

「The property was very good and served our purpose of having a few days away in a quiet space but still close to all amenities and beach. Dog yard amazing, very spacious and secure. House had plenty of space and was found immaculately clean. Coms to host excellent. 」
