"Room was okay. Tv did not work let staff know they said they would come look at it no one showed up! Let staff know the next day they said not their problem. We were traveling with kids and it would have been nice if they at least acted like they cared! We will not be staying here again!"

"We had a great stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and within walking distance of a lot of things. The only complaint I have is one of the elevators was out and the other elevator was very slow. Other than that, we had a great experience. "

"I was told to go to a back building that was/is used for sleep study. The fire alarm went off each day I was there and a man who lived on the first floor said the alarm goes off daily. It was very hard to get internet service and there was no hair dryer. I am usually easy to please but this "

"Bar and restaurant area were staffed by only person, although he was amazing the staffing was poor. The valet system and employees working it were rude and completely unorganized making the entire process disjointed and terrible."
