For the most part the room was relatively clean, however there were some areas that could have used improvement. There was a stain in the bathroom area by the sink that appeared to be blood. While taking a shower the water would not drain causing the tub to fill with water while showering. Upon arrival we did not have any wash cloths. We called down to the desk for some but they did not have any. We ended up using hand towels to bathe with. We were able to get some towels the next morning. I will say the person helping with check in was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed over many years when visiting family. Last Stay! Expedia should not have on their site. Only good was the person at the desk when decided to leave early.

The staff were great and the rooms were very clean and roomy . My only negative about the room are the pillows they were extremely stiff and very small. My only other issue was there coffee station didn’t have any creamers so you have to drink it black only. I wouldn’t go back because I personally like to have breakfast on site and obviously creamer. Overall the place is clean and friendly- I would recommended for a stay .

Key cards didn’t work well, so I had to get a new one late at night. No soap in the room for showering in the bath area, is this a BYO location. Have stayed here before, but this time it was disappointing. People were walking their large dogs in the courtyard. I don’t think there will be a next time. 🙁

There's obviously no process to inspect the rooms before assigning them to guests. 1. Room had a very strong pet adore. 2. Room was not stocked with adequate dinnerware or linen. Did not have any wash cloths. Only had 1-dinner knife, 1-coffee cup, and 2 medium mixing bowls. 3. Room was located in the back in the west building adjacent to the I-71. It was very to sleep due to the intense continuous noise from truck and motorcycle traffic. However, the desk clerk was very courteous and accommodating. She reassigned me to another room that was much better, i.e. no smell, quiet, and better stocked with linen and dinnerware. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. The one in Westlake, Ohio was much better.

OK Property Overall!! The Rooms Are A Bit Dated, and The Cleanliness of The Room Could Have Been A Bit Better - It Definitely Needed A Good Dusting, And The Bathroom Needed Some Attention, but I Went Snd Got Cleaning Supplies and Gave It A Deep Cleaning
