「Pros: I liked the location. There was easy access to Puna, Volcano NP, and Hilo. The owner gave me a 5 minute spiel on the property. Everything was in working order. Cons: I stayed at 4 different VRBO properties during my stay on the Big Island. All property owners except this one provided directions, check in instructions and check out instructions. You won't get that. And the directions are not intuitive at all. So I will do the property owner's job for him and hopefully save you frustration...

「This place has no A/C and nowhere on the description does it list this. I came to Hawai'i to be comfortable, not stiffled nightly by humidity. The owner refused a partial refund for a 2 week stay after I expressed not wanting to stay here. I didn't expect a full refund, but at least half would have been nice. Never again using this app or service.」

「This property is in a great location. Don't let the condition of the complex bother you. The unit is nice, the beds are comfortable, and the air conditioning is a plus. It was perfect for me in all ways - fantastic location, nice complex, very clean, lovely lanai, close to a beautiful park for walks/jogs. "建物はとても古く小さなホテル。室内の内装が綺麗で、風呂、トイレ、洗面所がとても清潔です。ミニキッチンのスポンジも新品で清潔さにだわりを感じました。スタッフの方がとても親切です。ミニキッチン、コーヒーメーカー、カトラリー、リクエストすればケトルも借りられるようです。ランドリー設備がありとても便利です。無料駐車場完備。タオルは十分な枚数、シャンプー、固形石鹸あり、ティシュ無し。エアコン無しでも問題なく、扇風機2台。 部屋の階数の希望も聞いてくれエレベーターが無くて、スーツケースが2つあるので1階にしましたが階段が数段ありスタッフの方が運んでくれました。"
