I loved staying at Maggie’s studio in Hilo. It was really clean and spacious. There were plenty of parking and I like the usage of having a kitchen and the convenience of a washer and dryer. I would come back and stay here again the next time I’m back at the big island.

Was very convenient to the city and the tourist spots around. We had no issues other than a little noise from upstairs that was mentioned in other reviews We contacted Maggie once about a remote that wasn’t working and she responded quickly and corrected the problem. We would rent the place again.

Excellent studio property

Very clean and well maintained. Excellent and easy communication with host. Nice new laundry facilities on the premises, just outside our door. Beautiful property, especially for an extended stay because my husband was working on the island for a while. Lovely!

4/10 (不満)

良かった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン
気になった点 : 掲載情報の正確さ
The property itself was clean and in a convenient location, but prospective guests should be aware that noise travels extremely easily throughout the building. We could clearly hear every footstep, running, and movement from the unit above us, especially early in the morning and late at night. The floor/ceiling construction appears to provide very little sound insulation, and the constant creaking and footsteps significantly impacted our ability to relax and sleep during our stay. If you are a light sleeper or traveling with young children, this is something to consider before booking. The host was responsive and did provide a partial credit for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. However, the noise issue was substantial enough that we would likely choose a different property in the future.

Extended stay

I stayed there for two weeks. Nice studio apartment in a duplex. The only downside is it’s next to a busy road and when people are in the other unit above you, you can hear them walking around. Otherwise a great place to stay.

First time in Hilo

Property was very comfortable and had easy access to stores restaurants and other conveniences. It is a large studio and had all the necessary amenities. Only negative thing was the noise from the upstairs unit. Other than that I would not hesitate to stay again.

Great location

The studio is great, and the only issue was figuring out the location of the front door to the studio, which is inside the garage. Some noise when other occupants overhead, otherwise it’s a great location.
