「The unit fits our needs when we are in town visiting family. We like the neighborhood and the ability to walk into town for coffee and food. The unit is clean and communication with Joseph is easy and he responds quickly. 」

「The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I...

The unit has a great set up with desks and large kitchen and bathroom. Communication w the manager was very good. Vrbo would be nice if a few dishwasher pods, hair dryer were included 」
