「冬の旅行で一泊しました。一階がパブレストランになっていて、上の階が客室です。宿泊した時、ちょうど大人数のクリスマスパーティが開催されていたため、夜中まで騒々しい音が聞こえました・・。ロケーションは、目の前がビーチで、晴れた朝は景色がとても素晴らしかったです。ペンザンスの街中まで歩いて20分弱でいけるので、ビーチ沿いを散歩がてら立ち寄るのも楽しいです。お部屋は建て増しした旅館のような作りでしたが、綺麗にリノベーションされていました。ただ、シャワーのお湯がなかなか出てこなかったので、この点だけ要注意です。（タンクに貯めたお湯が出てくるようなシステムのため、蛇口を開きっぱなしにしてしばらく水を流さないとお湯が出てこなかったです）」

「写真と実物では大違いだった。一階がうるさいバーという大想定外で到着と同時に絶望。 部屋にはエアコンもアメニティも全くなく、注文しても方針で置いてないの一点張り。ルームメーキングはチェックアウトまで一切無しでした。スタッフが親切だったのが救いでした。」

「This gorgeous pub/B&B, The Kings Arms is absolutely wonderful. My partner and I booked a weekend stay here (Friday to Monday) as a base whereby we could easily access attractions and nearby places we wanted to visit ie the Minack theatre, St Michaels mount, Mousehole and Penzance. The Kings Arms is located in Paul and is only a short walking distance to Mousehole. We had come down by train from Newton Abbot and during our stay we were able to use a local bus from Mousehole to get to Penzance bus...

「Overall, a 5 star experience. A very sweet, bijou & well presented cottage, a short walk from Newlyn’s amenities & excellent eateries and, within walking distance of Mousehole.
