"Hotel common area is nice. Breakfast options are underwhelming and can be better. The hotel rooms are very spacious, but cleaning services has to be better. I found an old blood stain in my bed duvet. Check-in was very weird and I was not happy about it. I arrived late from New York and a lady named Sherill checked me in along with a gentleman at the front desk. First, they didn't open the second sliding door for me when I was standing in front of it and waiving to them. Then I was instructed to use the wall phone which doesn't working even though I could easily hear and speak to the two of them through the sliding door near reception. I told them the phone didn't work and Sherill tried another line, then started speaking to me through the phone on her end. She heard me responding, but it wasn't through the phone. Overall, just not a good check-in experience. Everything else during my stay was fine. Bed is comfortable, there's ample parking, rooms have balconies, tv works, and the shower pressure is wonderful."
