「The hotel is close to everything, super clean, and staff were very helpful 」

「駐車場有と案内されているのに、路駐させられました。 駐禁エリアではないのでしょうが、言葉の分からない外国人にとっては不安です。ここは大丈夫ですよというようなマップを付けたら良かったかもしれません。」

「first off, hotel is beautifull and in a beautifull location. Only major problem we had was that they checked us into someone elses room by accident so when we arrived we let ourselves into someone elses room . The room was a different room type and had someone elses stuff in it. Cleaner walked in and seemed suprised we were in there. we told reception and they gave us the correct room, they didnt seem to bothered even though to me it seemed like a security issue. I dont know if they told the...

Staff are always very friendly but I feel they could do with one or two more staff to help out around the bar and food area as the staff have a lot of different areas to cover.」
