"Spacious room "

"The room was nice and as expected. You need to know the lift needs 0.1€ to operate and doesnt always work. At checkout it was broken and i had to carry 3 20kg cases down 5 stories as a solo woman traveller. Some concern may have been nice. The room cleaning is variable - one day we returned from a very long day out and our room wasnt done so we turned the maid away. The next day she came early and we desperately needed the room dping so tried to go out but she refused to do our room so the net result was no rubbish removed or clean towels for our stay. We couldnt have a shower before we left as our towels were so damp. Overall the location is good and thw cost is low but you need to be prepared to carry your bags and not have towels. "

"We spent one night at the satellite location in a "family room". It was much bigger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were several nice restaurants and wine bars on the street. It was near many of the famous pizzerias and Spaccanapoli. The satellite location is a bit more like an Airbnb, with 3 suites in a building that has a common courtyard. It was a bit confusing getting access, but the staff was great and responsive about answering all of my questions. I was able to work it out that we checked in electronically (paying through a payment app and sending our passport pictures), thus we were able to go directly to our satellite location, saving the several block walk. "

"It was close to most things but this area was rather poor and a lot of homeless near by. It was definitely one of the nicer buildings. The hotel breakfast was really good our room was ok it wasn’t as nice as I had expected. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There way black mold in the shower. "
