The stay at Musto was excellent. Andrea was brilliant, we arrived early and he was able to accommodate us. Great communication. They are clean and perfect for our stay. The rooms are situated centrally and it easy to get around. 15 minutes walk from the central station and there is also a Metro station nearby. Plenty in walking distance and Andrea sent us a message with sights to see in Naples, which was very helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choice with freshly cooked croissants, cereal, juices, and a variety of other items. Would definitely use again for a stay in Naples.
Very good location. Clean and comfortable. Host was very helpful with allowing us to leave our luggage with them after checking out. Would stay here again.
We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples.
Lovely little bed and breakfast once you get up to it on the first floor. The ground floor and up the staircase there feels a little sketchy. The people here are very nice and we had a lovely chat with Andrea at breakfast where he provided helpful recommendations and tips. The room was spacious and had many amenities. One small thing - the day we got there, I pulled out a big fluffy blanket from the closet to use (there were two). The next day, after they had serviced the room, both were removed from the room - wasn't sure what happened there!
Breakfast was prepackaged cakes, cookies etc. Seemed like Italian Twinkies. The room was very basic and clean, but I recommend that the owner put a chair in the room because the only place to sit is on the bed. Also, remote for heat and AC was confusing. I recommend owner post on wall directions on using the remote for heat and AC.
Elevator was broken, so had to climb several flights of stairs. But owner was exceptionally helpful and kind.
Best hospitality. Andrea was really kind, giving us nice advice on where to go and what to eat… he took the time to have a great conversation with us. I would say a really good position in the city center, walkable everywhere. I would stay here again!
This was a very nice place. We stayed one night as we left Naples for home in the morning. Property is very clean, service was excellent and Andrea helped coordinate our taxi service. It is right in the middle of everthing! I wouldcrecommend it!
Highly recommend this place. Great location just 2 mins from Duomo de Napoli. The host met us early to drop our bags. He sent a list of recommendations of things to do and places to eat and they were all excellent, especially the pizza shop right over the road. Would definitely stay again.
Davide was an excellent host. He accommodated our arrival time provided recommendations for places to eat and visit. Helped with arranging a taxi for us to Pompeii. Friendly and well run. Excellent location for access to lots of things to do. Room and bathroom nicely done and view of the back Ruins was and additional surprise. Enjoy! 😁

First thing to note is that it is a boutique hotel that is essentially one floor of a building. There is no lobby or reception area. It is not a problem, but something to note if you are looking for a traditional hotel setup.
Pros:
1. The host of the property was great. He helped us gain access to the building and our room remotely.
2. The location was very convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. There are countless restaurants and shops nearby.
3. The breakfast was nice. It was served in a communal breakfast room along with the other hotel guests. The cappuccino was excellent. Again the host was also very accommodating and knowledgeable.
4. Cons- the room needs some updating to its mechanical systems. The a/c unit made a lot of random noises that made it difficult to sleep. The shower water knob came off. It was easy to get back on but the water temperature is uncontrollable and changes without touching the knob. There is one fitted sheet on the bed and one top sheet. No blanket. This seems common in Europe.
Overall it was a good experience.
property itself was good and spacious. location was good. The lift didn't work which is a hassle with lots of baggage and a young kid. The shower valve wasn't good, fluctuated between cold and boiling hot. However, the owner and the staff were very helpful and kind.
We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! We showed up early and they were able to accommodate our early check-in which was great. The B&B is in old Naples and is walking distance to the via duomo subway stop.
Andrea is a lovely host! He is so passionate about Naples and gave us an in-depth walk through about what areas of interest were around the hotel and how best to reach them. He also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, which was helpful since there are so many to choose from!
The room was wonderful and comfortable - the AC was welcome during some blazing hot days throughout our stay.
Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast of baked goods, coffee/juice and yogurt.
Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Naples.
