Location is very convenient, shopping, dinning, and for transportation. Breakfast is included, the room is clean and best Italian bedding and towels. Five stars serving, front desk staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Ideal location for the old town with friendly staff and a clean environment. Breakfast could be better by providing some more options. Overall, this hotel is great for somebody wanting to explore Naples. More generally, our first impressions of Naples was let down by the volume of rubbish that was on the street outside the hotel and elsewhere across some of the city. If you want to visit Naples then this hotel is good for doing so.

If your looking for a hotel that’s near the historic centre this hotel is perfect it’s very close to the heart of all the narrow streets shops and restaurants galore and our room and bed was lovely and clean and bed very comfortable…also the breakfast was delicious.

There are a few steps to go into the hotel so it's not suitable for someone in a wheelchair. Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel in a good location.

first time in Naples

We were a little concerned about the location and neighborhood upon arriving, but it was all good. Close to the restaurants and shops we wanted. The staff was terrific. Friendly and extremely helpful. it made are first stay in Naples very successful.

Great hotel in a good location near everything. The two ladies we met at reception were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was huge! Great storage and the bathroom too was massive.

Best Location Ever

The hotel is located right next to the historic area in walking distance of many major attractions. The area around the hotel is NOT poor as some reviews indicate. It looks exactly like the rest of the historic district and was completely safe. It was so nice to be able to walk to everything. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very helpful. Lobby and room had plenty of charm. Room had nice minibar and good bathroom. Bedding was a little dated but it was fine.

Nicely located in the historic district. The property was super clean and the people were extremely hospitable. All people from the front desk, (Barbara) to the gentleman that would take care of us at breakfast. The only negative is that googlemaps cannot find this location and it was frustrating to get to.
