「Everything was clean and we found an extra towel and wash cloth bc there was only one in the bathroom. Nice set up for a one bedroom.Cjristime answered my questions quickly. We enjoyed our stay. The only thing zI would suggest is to have more coffee and dark roast. I used to work as a barista and dark roast has the least acid in coffee making it better for older people that has acid reflux. We loved our stay! Thank you so much. I highly recommend.」

「I booked this room because it was half the price of one in downtown Miami, but it ended up being a great choice. All the rooms are easy access, on the ground floor, and only 1 block off the strip of Little Havana. Just a short walk to lots of bars, and restaurants, and even a Planet Fitness within a mile.」

「The studio is very comfortable, especially the bed. It is very well stocked with appliances. Owners left ground coffee and water. Wi-Fi works great. Location is good. Communication initially was a bit rocky, but in the end it was fine. Will gladly stay here again in the future.」

「The stay was great very peaceful and convenient. The interior was nice and most of all the host was very accommodating and welcoming. Excellent communication. I loved the appliances. The 2 tvs were great and the bed comfortable and the bathroom shower was spacious. 」

「I was moved to and upgraded a different property prior to check in just a block or so away. Quiet street but within less than 3 blocks walking distance to everything on Washington, Collins and Ocean Drive. The building and 2 story townhome was great with a nice kitchen and plenty of bedding (which is always a challenge-even in hotels). The space has some minimal wear and tear, but absolutely not a deal breaker and would book again. 」
