「Host stopped communicating and never could check in.」

「It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,...

「The Host failed to provide any details regarding access to the property on the day of check in, despite my emailing them via the app several times. Then the host called me @4 on the day of the booking when we were en route to the property and tried to get me to cancel the booking on my end advancing an argument that he had a “maintenance” issue at the property. After being on the phone w a whole series of VRBO customer agents over the course of 2 hours, VRBO finally come up w an acceptable...

「The couch pictured in the VRBO pictures is far away for a reason. The couch and pillows had stains all over it. The sheets on the bed had stains. The pictures on VRBO make the bathroom look awesome. They forgot to take picture of the red rod hanging down from the ceiling ducked taped to the curtain rod to keep it from falling.」

「The house was very clean and the areas was quiet too. We had a nice spot to park the car. The staff was calling and checking on me if I didn’t have any issues with the check in. They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. But overall we enjoyed the stays.」
