"I felt very welcome at the hotel and the lady in the reception was very nice and pleasant. The hotel is situated in the very center of Arbois and was not that expensive. "

When called the front desk about and she said she will arrive but never did. I went downstairs and she gave me a small bottle of shower gel for two and told me to get the toilet paper from a counter in the restaurant area.
