Convenient stop on way to Alps

Overnight stay in beautiful city of Dole. Room basic but clean with integral shower room (module type). Very convenient for trip to the Alps from England. Friendly with bar, and easy walk into town centre. On street parking have to pay after 8pm.

We loved our stay at Hotel de la Cloche. We were on a bike ride along Euro Velo 6 and they made it easy to drop off our bikes in the lobby and check in a little early. We enjoyed a cold beverage from the bar downstairs and cafe au lait in the morning. Incredible location in the heart of town.

A great hotel

The hotel is very well placed just on the edge of the city centre. It’s a relatively short walk from the railway station and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. Across the road is a park which will take you down to the river with cycleways and walks out into the countryside or along the river beside the old town. The room was comfortable and the bathroom and separate toilet were modern and well equipped.

Chambre propre,sdb trop exiguë, heureusement que je ne fais que 72kgs. Petit dej,trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé. Si je fais une comparaison avec l'hôtel où j'ai séjourné la veille, un 3 étoiles centre de Dijon,chambre avec sdb très spacieuse,petit dej.avec bcp de choix et un prix plus bas de 20%.
