The Powder Prince is one of the most desirable rental properties in The Colony. Featuring extremely convenient ski access few homes in The Colony can rival, this home is very popular. The Powder Prince features six bedrooms, all with king beds, this house is designed for maximum comfort, not maximum occupancy. This house also features it's own, designated property manager and concierge.
This beautifully designed and furnished mountain contemporary masterpiece provides plenty of wide open flowing spaces for dining, games, and relaxation. The kitchen, the natural gathering space in any home, is excellently equipped and provides ample room and counter space. The ski room features a small bar and beverage refrigerator that comes stocked with complimentary beverages. The gym is outfitted with a Peloton bike, a Tonal home gym, cardio equipment and a dumbbell rack for any members of your party that want even more exercise after a day on the slopes.
