The Space:

Welcome to this superb apartment ideally located near the Trocadéro! Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, it is perfectly designed to accommodate up to four travelers.



The apartment includes:

• A living room: Smart television, high-speed Wi-Fi access, double sofa bed (140x200 cm) and storage space.

• A sleeping area: Queen size bed (160x200 cm) with very comfortable new bedding and storage.

• A fully equipped kitchen: microwave, washer-dryer, oven, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

• A dining area: designed to enjoy your meals comfortably.

• A bathroom: bathtub and toilet, hairdryer, soap and shampoo.

Sheets, towels, blankets and pillows are provided for the duration of your stay.

The apartment also has laundry facilities: drying rack, iron and ironing board.

You will be staying in a prestigious and chic area of ​​the 16th arrondissement, a few steps from the Trocadéro, offering an elegant Parisian setting between refined boutiques, neighborhood cafés and quiet streets. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee break or brunch at popular addresses like Café Ranelagh, Chez Mademoiselle Paris 16 or the Breizh Café Passy creperie, perfect for a gourmet break, as well as taste authentic French cuisine at the bistro Le Paris Seize, a friendly local restaurant. From Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Taxi: Approximately 40 to 50 minutes depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €50 – €60.

Public Transport: Take the RER B towards Robinson/Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse to Châtelet – Les Halles. Then take Metro Line 1 towards La Défense and get off at Charles de Gaulle – Étoile. From there, take Line 6 towards Nation and get off at Kléber. Estimated travel time: around 60 minutes.



From Orly Airport (ORY)

Taxi: Approximately 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €35 – €45.

Public Transport: Take the Orlyval to Antony station, then the RER B towards Charles de Gaulle Airport/Mitry-Claye to Châtelet – Les Halles. Then take Metro Line 1 towards La Défense to Charles de Gaulle – Étoile, then transfer to Line 6 towards Nation and get off at Kléber. Estimated travel time: 45 to 55 minutes.



From Gare du Nord

Taxi: Around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Estimated fare: €15 – €20.

Public Transport: Take Metro Line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge to Strasbourg – Saint-Denis, then transfer to Line 9 towards Pont de Sèvres and get off at Victor Hugo. Estimated travel time: about 20 minutes.

Kléber Station (Line 6): About a 5-minute walk, ideal for reaching the Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, or Montparnasse.

Family-Friendly Services

If you require a cot and high chair, please let us know in advance (with 72 hours' notice) and subject to availability, we'll happily provide these.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 11:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €250 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Respect neighbors' peace and quiet. Loud noises might result in deposit deductions.

We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
