Welcome to this 45 m2 modern and cozy flat located in between the 20th and 11th arrondissements. Paris' historic city centre is an ideal spot for art and culture lovers, containing some of the most emblematic monuments and museums of the french capital.



The apartment has been under another owners management, you can see some of the amazing reviews on the listing pictures; as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay!

Guest Access:

- The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy!

- After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes.

- Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day.

The Neighborhood:

This apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement, close to the Parc de Belleville. This district will allow you to stroll in its streets and discover an authentic Paris. Between the local shops and the numerous restaurants you will appreciate the charm and the dynamism of this district. In the evening, you will have just as many places to enjoy it fully. Many monuments and tourist sites are quickly accessible by public transport.



Getting Around:

- Close to 4 metro stations: Couronnes (150m), Belleville (400m), Ménilmontant (450m) and Partmentier (650m).



The geographical location of the apartment will allow you to get around the capital very easily via the many public transport possibilities:



- Subway: Ménilmontant (line 2), located 6 minutes walk away.

- Subway: Belleville (line 1,12,8), located 5 minutes by foot

- BUS (day and night)

- Velib Station

- Several taxi companies available: G7 Taxis (the most used) - call 36 07.



Other Things to Note:

*** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS ***



- The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation. The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer. Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory. The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax.



- This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation. The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS.



- National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports. This is mandatory and all legal touristic establishments are required to do so.



- This apartment uses a self-checkin system via the Chekin platform that will allow you to register all guests on the reservation and pay the mandatory tourist taxes before your arrival.



*** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT ***



Check-in time is at 17:00 hrs

Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late check-outs will incur on a 100€ charge per hour late)



*** HOUSE RULES ***



1. Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of possible eviction and a

deposit seizure up to 600€.

2. Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am.

3. Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs).

4. Loss of keys will have a 100€ charge per key lost.

5. No smoking on interior areas.

6. If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities.

8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition.



Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
