Spacious, functional apartment, completely refurbished! It's perfectly laid out to welcome you comfortably, whether you're staying with friends, family or business.

The apartment has two bedrooms with two queen-size beds with extremely comfortable new bedding, a bathroom with shower and toilet, storage space, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a sitting area with a convertble sofa bed for 2, a TV and a WIFI access.

As you enter the apartment, you'll find :
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans...),
- sitting area with TV,
- 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 by 200),
- 1 double sofa bed (140 by 200),

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time is from 3:00 pm.
For early check-ins or late check-outs, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior with applicable charges.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €350 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.
Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.
Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.
Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.
Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.
Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.
Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.
