I’ve never written a review before, but this was bad enough that I need to warn others. Disaster - This listing is extremely misleading. The entire "apartment" has no windows that allow in natural light—zero natural light anywhere. It was cold, dark, and nothing like the photos - felt like it was a storage room they converted. The area rug was dangerously curled and caused multiple people, including our toddler, to trip. It was an obvious safety hazard. After a full day, management said they would “fix the rug,” which is meaningless when the issue should never have existed. We left instead. The layout makes no sense. One “bedroom” felt like a converted storage room, and the upstairs bedroom required crouching just to access luggage or furniture. The bathroom had no outlets, and the only mirror was by outlets that didn’t work—so we got ready against a wall. We booked this to relax and enjoy Christmas near Montmartre. Instead, we got stress, hassle, and corporate, scripted responses. We never slept there and left immediately, booked a nearby hotel, and still had our refund denied—despite sending photos. This is not an individual host; it’s a corporation. Buyer beware. The only positive: the neighborhood is very cute. Otherwise, do not recommend.

I think you guys were pretty good. Got back to me relarively quickly, sent some one around to try and fix the towel rail, sorted the TV. Towels could have come quicker. Ideally the shower attachment would have been better. There was a big crack in a bathroom tile which was a bit unsafe and there could have been more info to help with getting metro tickets, metro map, bus map, how the tv worked, I wasn't advised about car parking paying a day prior to leaving would have saved me a lot too. Hope this helps Kristian

Nice stay in Montmartre area

As depicted, not large but it worked well. Liked the location within 2 blocks to many good restaurants, and 4 blocks to groceries and metro stops. Musty smell in bathroom but clean otherwise.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble mais nous sommes arrivé deux fenêtres était ouvertes impossible de les fermer, le technicien a pu répondu nous sommes restés tout le week-end avec un froid ambiant malgré les chauffages. Il y avais que un verre le service n’étais pas complet. L’appartement est mal insonorisé pas mal de nuisance. Malgré cela c’est un beau appartement, une belle surface, la literie est confortable, bien situé
